The Government's Limitations on Discovery Materials

Trial will be in Fort Pierce, not Miami. Defense counsel can't even refer to that discovery in any public motion until they've got permission of the court. It's so unusual you would think that in a case involving the former president, it would kind of be the reverse that a lot of these protections would not be in there because you're dealing with somebody presumably who's reputable. The defense attorney general is essentially the ultimate decider and litigated everyone else but himself.
