Trust and Inspire - I Love No Rose Rules

A recent book i've enjoyed is no rules, rules about how net flicks pretty much eliminated all their rules and practices like that. The basic said, heyo, do it smart. Do what's good for the company. And if somebody does something that turns out to be done,. Will they'll be told about it. But it's a system built around trust. So i loved no rose rules. I read it as well, and it's a great example of what i'm talking about in trust and inspire.
