Writing a Book on Counter Terrorism
Abu Hamdela has written a book about his struggle with mental health. He says that the more he wrote in an academic tone, the worse it was for him to write. The aim of the book is to empower young moslems and inspire them to seek help if they are suffering from depression or other forms of mental illness. "We have a responsibility to talk about these things in environment in a safe way"
