Grant: What if we didn't have this hidden transaction going on, you know, your data for my services and a binary choice? He says people don't really know what they're giving. And so they consider it a free app; the idea that you'd have to pay for it is crazy. Grant: I think healthcare is just a very different product than say televisions or cars.
