Just putting in some milestones or covenants that say if these things don't happen, we get,. we unlock on amount of stock that comes to us to offset the fact that we overpaid based on milestones. And so that's been there forever. It's just becoming a little bit more Vogue right now, right?You also have participation, which means, you know, traditional market deal structure is preferred and then common shareholders. All these things are popping back up.
