Owning commercial property that's 5, 6, 7, 8,000 square foot is a very smart thing to do. The reason the prices are going up because they don't often build that stuff. I see them going up way more regularly than someone building a 10,000sq ft thing. But you need to contact all your commercial estate agents in Hertfordshire. Tell them what you want. Go and get some viewings done. You might be able to do a situation where you could rent it and then buy it in the future so you can grow the business. That makes sense.
