The Deferred Consideration of Leaving a Family Practice
I was the eighth clinician to leave in 18 months it was a massive upheaval and what I thought really it's supposed to have been quite hard. Some principles are tied into three years four years five years with increased deferred considerations so yeah that's tough with minimal control. It did put us through the mill that process and as you say when you've got deferred considerations you've got to loophole that back in. There's so much time up in it is that there's the deferred consideration there's the family connection there's emotional stuff it's a real world of co-star it's it's it is.
