Is Chuck Grassley Trying to Make Schedule One Legal for Medical Use?

The courts are not a vehicle to find transparency, except they can drill down on a specific question. They can only judge the things that are brought to them and are under their jurisdiction. So i saw that chuck grassly as talking about fentinel and wanting to make i schedule one. I mean, i don't think anybody is more anti fentonal than somebody whose stepson died on on fent leaving me. But why would you take it away from the medical use? Ik, maybe i don't understand what he's doing. There must be something missing in the story, but is our government so weak?
