Physical fitness is a part of it. Like you wouldn't jump off a ski hill if you couldn't land it and confident you weren't going to tear your hamstring or something like that. That's to be a certain base level. And then the willingness to play and be creative and explore and ultimately the more repetitions you get into that, it becomes, oh, I'm going to try this.
