Ainsing inflammatory treatment is a tricky one because they don't generally have an effect unless it's an acute type presentation. Look out for inflammatory arthropoethies that particularly with Achilles and plants are they manifest - gout and ankylosing spondylitis which you commonly see related to those tendons.
