Atomic focus is a book that I wanted to give people the tools that I've used personally over the last 25 years and that's simply it. It was specifically aimed at the reader with poor concentration and poor attention span because there's no point in giving them 190,000 word box searches to breathing core writing like that. You cannot absorb information when your mind is not focused on what you are doing.
