The Impetus for Aino-Mong
Aino-Mong is a play by Lee Daniels that has been transferred from LA to Broadway. The show was inspired by the deaths of Philando Castellum and Altun Sterling, two young men who were killed in New York City last year. "We have to support Dins of Washington when he's in a soldiers play in the 80s," Aino says.
