The people who are talking about her are the ones. The tradition that i learn this from is that anything kept internal compounds, ok, is why muntra is kept secret. So when you do your monthro practice, you never share your monthra. I've never told a single soul what my montra is. My personal montra is known by two people, me and the gooroo who gave it me. Another good example of this is actually trama. In trama, what we want do is vented outright? So if someone has experienced trama, they keep it inside, and it eats them alive. This is bad.
