The Habitual Trap of Self Loathing

If bad things happen and you think, oh, it's because of me, i i'm not good at anything, you will go through the same types of feelings. And that just becomes the way that you feel safe. So are you the type who feels discomfort when you're complimented? Because if so, that's likely sign that you have some trained in lo self worth thought structures. It doesn't mean you are self loathing consciously. It just means you're trapped in ta cycle of behaving and thinking as someone who is self loathing. You owe it to yourself to change it.
