What's the Zipcar DNA?

20 years later, there's this alumni network from Zipcar that has spread throughout the mobility industry. I think people from Zipcar should be much more focused and understanding on being very customer, need-oriented. And I would say they should know all about urban transportation, which because of density of population and buildings is poorly served by a car dominant structure.
