What Do You Think About Your Travel Writing?

I wouldn't say that it's necessary, but we're going back to this question of tone and and intention here. But some of the rewarding travel books are ones that have kind of an element of inner transformation along with the kind of external journey. And i think you can put two within the same book, al though it's so funny not it. So one of my favorite sub gonras of a travel book is is ta sub jone that i call the big idea book. This is a book where the writer has a big idea, and he she travels too different parts of the world, or different places, to investigate that idea. Its heady. It's a different type of
