What's the State of Press Freedom in Central America?
The technology has been used time and again against law abiding members of civil society. In Mexico, for example, some victims of Pegasus attacks have later been reinfected with Pegasus a couple of years later. So NSO group appears to be continuing to sell its by where to governments and clients that have used it improperly in the past. And so we haven't seen evidence that its due diligence procedures have improved much if at all.
