The Light in the Darkness

Ahmed had come this far. Why not shove himself down in a hole of dubious safety? That wasn't like he had anything else going on in his life. His only guess was that he was supposed to come here to this lost and lonely place in the wilderness and find his arrow. So Ahmed explored. He looked around the cliffs from which the arrow would have undoubtedly bounced and saw a crack and behind it, a small opening. As soon as he made it over the threshold, the cool air breezing past him, he sat on the inside of the cave. What was he doing? He was running. He went searching for an arrow and he found it. And it changed nothing.
