The efficient market hypothesis, or whatever one wants to call it theory, the longer i go on, i don't think they believe any of it. I think it's all a power thing. They want us to believe in mediocrity. That's what they want us to belief in. So this whole sort of thrust is towards this nation that, hey, active fun managers out there, they really ot perform the overall market. Markets are efficient.
