There was a transition in warfare, basically, from conetic war to information war after the bomb. Eisenhauer built a cold war propaganda machine that was both domestic and international. That was one of the largest. i credibly called it psychological warfare explicitlyand it was a probably one of the most complex anddeavor oactually birthed a new form of warfare,. where there's still kinetic conflict occurring but even the kinetic conflicts occur in a symbolic matrix created by the information war taking place at higher level.
