The final common annoyance that I see with guests hosts vent to me about all the time is simply guests not following checkout instructions. My simple advice on getting guests to follow checkout instructions is to have no more than three steps. Go through and really pick out three things at the most that your guests must do in order to check out. Be very picky about these and forget everything else.
