Are You Back? Or Are You Coming Back?

Our health care system has its problems, but is also as many people say envive the world. We offer a lot of things we probably shouldn't be able to offer because they're not effective. And if we want to change the incentives, that's a big discussion. But I think because that's a discussion that people are uncomfortable having, the easy thing to do is to say like Blue Cross Blue Shield stinks.
