The Importance of Working Out Early in the Morning
I think what it comes down to is a lot of people don't understand that having ADHD comes with having lots of energy but not for the whole day. So one one schedule you could do in terms of your productivity and your working schedule could be working out first thing in the morning. And then you know an hour hour and a half two hours later starting work. I totally think though a lunchtime workout if it's if the logistics workout in terms of do you have like a gym really close to you or if you're working from home If you've got enough space that you can sort of you know basically work out that can work out really well.
