Having the Right Aesthetics

It's really important that it's designe, well, i mean, especially if it's a decent sized tool. Are your commands too fine grained, are they not? Are they too coarse? Granted, me, teres ju'st all the stuff that goes into the aesthetics of how you use this thing. Like said, you'd have great functionality. They just never can see the light of day because it just sucks to use.
