Ten days since russian forces invaded ukraine. A temporary cease fire to let people get out safely was halted in one of the as. Local officials there said rRussian troops weren't sticking to the cease fire and it just wasn't safe for people to leave. News team had been shot at in their car as they were leaving the capital, kive.
