I was in shock for about 10 years after my dad died. It's quite a natural reaction to put yourself down the bottom slightly. You kind of distract yourself with, Oh, I'm looking after everyone. And part of that again is protection. But then you said the consequence of that is your grief is like left waving at you in the cornerlike, Hi. Yeah. When are you going to be sad?
