The Expert on Love
I love the confidence that she had to write from her experiences I think about how much she shared and all about love about her upbringing with her family. She used that as an example to teach us about the difference between being loved and being cared for. There seems to be an absence of that conversation particularly in pop culture also among black youth. For her to say yes she is the expert on love based upon her experience as a black woman from rural Kentucky right and that we need to listen to it was just amazing.
