Is the Housing Market Going to Be Boring and Balanced?
The Federal Reserve is talking about ending the bidding wars. Days on market being a teenager, nothing good ever happens in the history of the world when that's the case. What we saw in 2020 to 2021 was savagely unhealthy. I just want to be housing market boring and balanced. We're not there yet, but we're heading in the right way.
