Warner Brothers Discovery and Paramount: A Recession Proof Business

The management is looking at monetizing some of that real estate or getting the market to appreciate that real estate value in some way. So it's already, but I think it's just part of the reason is the fact that it's currently not shown on the book value. It's quite a resilient business. It was only because they basically had to shut their doors through the pandemic. If we go through a recession in the coming period, that's not, I don't see that as a real risk to the business. But yeah, it's going to be a, it's a really interesting one. I'm already quite bullish on it.
