occupational health clinicians will particularly those working in health care or with healthcare professionals this won't be their first rodeo. It's easy to turn a blind eye because it's just easier to get on with your job go and forget about and hope it's someone else pick it up. There are lots of different offers of support out there so occupational health is one potential but i wouldn't get try and engage um i try and speak to them as they will be feeling alone.
