And sometimes, you know, some people that take really high doses, they'll almost wake feeling a little bit sluggish, right? I asked people specifically what it was like at the beginning of their day and did you wake feeling refreshed, we able to jump out of bed getting going right? That's a better marker that sleep worked well.
