Vingey pulled something out of the mythos there it was emergent. He related it to some ideas from logos the kind of exponential growth of computer processes and he threw that into the world. The technocrats have had about at least a hundred years of drawing on ideas from the mythos in their work. They can't see what's happening because they can't see how this is allEmergent in the world from theMythos so for them there must be some cabal of individuals making these things happen.
