I used to get constantly grilled on why I lived in Tennessee, and everybody in California just assumed I was going to move to California. Now those steps of governance are translating into real benefit for the people who live there. It's a new paradigm. And yeah, you know, I keep telling people if you're looking for a home, you need to take time to do diligence, the jurisdiction and the leadership of that jurisdiction.
