The Complex Relationship Between Social Media and Inclusion

I have a complex relationship with social media. I think at its best, it's an incredible tool. It can push movements forward and work for incredible good. And it can be quite damaging. How do you have time to spend living your own life when you're consuming so much of everyone else's life? So I struggle with it sometimes. But I don't think I'm the only one.
