Why I'm Running a Half Marathon

I was expecting to hit the wall at mile 20 and have six miles of absolute agony. But I carb loaded properly for the first time ever, where I literally calculated how many carbs I was taking in. And took seven gels, which I've never taken that many gels during the race before. He did feel like he had a little fuel left in the tank but it didn't last too long. It's nice to take the pressure off when you're doing half marathons with warm up and cool down.
