"I have not encountered a good faith argument that actually takes into account a woman's happiness and her right to pursue her happiness," he says. The decision has been implemented the way it was originally defended in court - by putting an undue burden on mothers-to-be who want to terminate their pregnancies. 'It picks an arbitrary, basically arbitrary, way of balancing them,' Ben adds.
