Introduction
Senator joe mansion has reached an agreement with majority leader chuck schumer on a reconciliation bill. The hundred plus page inflation reduction act would raise some taxes, reduce some drug prices and subsidize some health care exchanges. But most notably, it would invest almost 370 billion dollars into clean energy and climate change mitigation. Make no mistake, if it pass this bill will be a very big deal.
