The biggest challenge for them was getting the patient to show back up for their appointment. One has had a quicker learning curve than the other, I will say. It just takes a lot of one-on-one follow up checking treatment plans and following up on case acceptance too. And it's very common that the associates can production per patient is lower than the owner doctor's production per patient.
