The Importance of Gratitude

A friend of ours said her kids get so bored with me saying, what are you grateful for? Well, I think always around the dinner table, not just Thanksgiving, but anytime going around and everybody listing things are thankful for it. Meno actually has this amazing blog post by our dear friend Jess on eight things to ask your kids around the Dinner Table. So that's a great resource to us. What would you add? I would add creating a gratitude album is something we talk about in our offices for adolescents who have their own phone.
