The Bank Robbery in Progress

Wells strolled out with a bag of money, but he might not have been so calm if he knew just fast law enforcement was responding. The petsaguy turned bank robber drove out of the mac donald's parking lot next to the bank, but didn't get far. Wells was intercepted just up the hill by troopers, only a few hundred yards from the bank itself. He claimed some black men had accosted him, locked the fiendish collar around his neck and activated the bomb.
