How to Change Culture in a Small Business

I think, you know, giving entrepreneurs a toolkit or some guidelines of how they can get ready. It's very sometimes way even much harder to do it in a very big business. I have personal experience with having tried to do that and it's very challenging. If people have the answers to the test before they get it, which is part of the part of the goal of this podcast and the blog we're doing at P.E. Funcast.
