Love Strangers Like Their Angels
God says in verse two, do not neglect to show hospitality to strangers. In allusion to genesis chapter 18, when three men show up and abraham and sarah never could have imagined whose presence they had just been in. Remember those who are in prison as though in prison with them, and those who were mis ed. Since you also are in the body, it was easy in that day when a brother or sister was arrested or mistreated, for other christians to keep their distance from them. God says, don't do it. Don't avoid your brother or sister.
