Taking Notes on a Computer Is Like Taking a Picture
i rarely even need to go look at my notes, because just the act of taking the note helps me remember what happened exactly. I've tried to mess with mine maps a number of times a i can't get into it. And for some people, like i would never push mind mapping on anybody, because it just doesn't seem to click for some people the way it clicks for me. Ye, that is very much the philosophy behind notational velocity and vialt and vialtris: portable, portable notes.
