Optimize the Microbiome With a Ketogenic Diet

My general recommendations to optimize the microbiome and my knowledge is nowhere near that of researchers out there like Alessio Fasano, who's the chair pediatric at Harvard Medical School. So for those following a ketogenic diet, things that I think could optimize the microbiome would be sort of the obvious things we always talk about or hear about would be probiotics. Green vegetables, preferably in raw form salads, things like asparagus, try anything artichoke, cinnamon is kind of prebiotic and probiotics.
