How to Share Quick Wins to Keep Your Spirits Up During Tough Times
Tracy: I know for a lot of collaboratives, it's essentially during these ongoing crises, crises, how valuable it is to share about whatever quick wins are happening. So even using that moment of communication to your team to share out communication to stakeholders to use that as a pull at moment to share like what did I like? What did we learn to get there? Tracey: It's important to recognize those what we call wins or successes or moments of joy and to share those because that's what will get us through this.
