I would never want to be public. But if I was running a company, I don't think I'd have a choice. In a public market, you have your bosses as a public shareholder. There's no preferential treatment for any of the shareholders in the government. The amount of effort that goes into keeping a company compliant in the public environment is a very, very different. A lot of founders will tell you that their ability to think long term and take long-term bets is now under huge pressure. So when from the time you're going public, they have raised you off 18 months, typically 18 months. Should we go over a late 23 never go complete public jaggy.
