With the reports of places like Sandbox only have 500 active users, the investors in these platforms say very similar things to the folks that you're talking to who are buying land. I think the challenge for a lot of folks is if the speculative asset isn't currently delivering returns to them, holding on to their attention can be a little bit hard. How many of them see like the disactivity is going to pick up in the next six months, the next five years? Oh gosh, it's so hard to say.
