You saw this explosion of obesity and overweight individuals around the globe but in particular America. The answer from that is, hey, this is all about calories in, calories out. And it also is true. If you stuff yourself with a lot of calories, that energy's got to go someplace. It'll actually grow them into fat as it gets bigger and bigger and bigger.
