Use gratitude to fall asleep this is a strategy I learned from a psychologist who came to one of my talks. Instead of counting sheep at night you should count the things that you're grateful for and the key is to do it alphabetically give it a little structure. Do not have nostalgia or at least delusional nostalgia because he does believe that glorifying the past is a thief of joy.
