Baby-Led Weaning: What Parents Should Know

Before six months, babies get all the fluids they need from either formula or breast milk. After a year, water again from a cup is actually a good habit to develop in kids so that they're not drinking too much juice. I think baby-led weaning can work with some careful parental instruction and modification of that. But I do support that earlier transition to the family foods with modification of texture.
